Inventory is Improving: The number of residential properties for sale improved by +15% over the past 30 days in Summit County! The number of condominiums for sale increased 35% and the number of homes for sale increased 7.3% over the past 30 days.
Under Contract Activity: Still very strong, but starting to decline (normal for this time of year) and, if history repeats itself, will start to pick up later in June through mid July.
The Number of Residential Sales: Each town's gain in sales ranges anywhere from +8% to almost +150%. The only area having a decline in sales is the town of Dillon. Copper Mountain is leading with an increase in the number of properties sold of 147%!

Property Values: An upward trend is starting to show itself for 2017 throughout much of the county. The average sold price for residential sales in Summit County is up a solid +20%!
Condominium Prices: The average sold price in the county is now up +18%.
Single Family Homes: Homes in Summit County so far in 2017 have an average sold price that is +23% higher than this time last year!
